Ate chips, switched to low-salt Lays to help keep the sodium out of the diet. Back to the gym in the morning.

It's okay to have chips from time to time if that's what you enjoy. You won't be successfull if you eradicate something you love from your diet. I love chips too. To keep myself from going overboard when I get that craving, I purchase a single serving size. Of course the gym is a good idea anytime.
