The BIGGEST mistake people make with fat loss

I notice a HUGE mistake that people make is basically getting their calories throughout the day in the form of liquids! BIG no-no. If you're trying to lose weight, you need to get rid of the coffee,energy drinks and energy bars you're using. If people only knew how much that effects your blood sugar! Once your blood sugar is out of wack, their go's the weight loss that day. Seanna
