Don't turn away from yourself.

When you make the decision to go on a weight loss diet plan, you are really making yourself a promise. Don't take it lightly. It's not fun to let yourself down.

That not to say it's an easy switch to weight loss food. But if you have a weight problem, if you're uncomfortable and unhappy with where you are, then putting yourself on a weight loss diet plan is an important decision.

So - how do you stick to it and fulfill your promise to yourself?

Strategize, strategize, strategize. We've said it before, and we'll say it again. Make plans to deal with the non-food issues. Figure out what they are for you. Think up new ways to address these personal issues. That's how to really make your weight loss plan work.

It's never too late. It just takes some work.
