*Evil Laugh* BwwaaaHAHAHAHHAHAHAHAH - (is that how you type it?)
I am going on 500 mintues of exercise this week! And I still have 60 more min at soccer this evening!!!
I REALLY want to see a difference on the scale this week... I'm also getting a head start on scale results for next week too. I can't stop!
I mapped out my expectations for LHA results at the very beginning. I wanted to lose 2 lbs per week for the first couple months, then just 1 lbs per week as I reached closer to my goal weight. I am supposed to be at 148 tomorrow but... I'm expecting 151 something... 3 lbs behind schedule.
But how am I really doing, besides the scale results? I am kicking butt! I am on top of my exercise, on top of my eating habits, for the most part, I am on top of housework and work and school stuff...
ACTUALLY, as I am typing this, I have just realised that I feel great about every aspect of my life! I want to spend more time teaching Naya (my 6 year old) to read, and more tickle-time with Gracie during the day, but other than that, I can't complain. Time for THANK YOUS!
I am thankful for
My family - Johnny, the most beautiful man I've ever met (inside and out), and my three gorgeous children.
My friends who I am super grateful for! Not many people who move to a new country would have as good of friends as I am blessed with!

All of the fresh food I am lucky enough to cook with
The awesome school my kids are at
The awesome church that loves and leads in God's Word
