I just read about a study done by the University of Rhode Island. They concluded that women who finished a meal in 9 minutes (unbelievable, isn’t it?)ate 646 calories. When they took a more reasonable 29 minutes they felt full after 579 calories.I know we are all busy multi taskers, but eating a meal in 9 minutes, unless it’s one of those meal replacement bars or shakes, is ridiculous.Make time to enjoy your lunch if at all possible, it could be the weight loss strategy you’ve been looking for.
