The resident DPM Performance recommended Podiatrist, Kate McArthur, is back on the DPM Hotseat today with episode 3 of her 5 part guest appearance.
Kate is going to share with you some exercises that you can do to strengthen your feet muscles (yes, there are muscles in your feet!).
