In 4 weeks time I’m out of here for the rest of 2009 as I’m off to finally get married.

For some of you that may be great news that I’ll be gone, while some of may be left wondering how you are every going to make it through to the Christmas season without stacking on the kgs.

So I’ve got a fat loss accelerator course planned just for those Sydney Boot Camp Fans to take you through the last 3 weeks that I’m in town so you can really ramp up your results and it’s only going to last for 23 days.

Don’t believe much can happen in 23 days?

If you follow everything that I say – than I can assure you it will. But I’ll need 100% compliance to the game plan (yes, you will be able to have some cheat meals but hey it’s only 23 days!).

So this will eliminate the tyre kickers.

If you are not able to commit to this for 23 days don’t bother applying because I don’t want someone’s lack of commitment interfering with the team goal.

It would not be fair to take the place of someone who’s pumped for action.

So here’s the game plan for the 23 day Fat Loss Accelerator:

Start Date: Monday 26 October (next Monday)
Finish Date: Tuesday 17 November

We will have 14 face to face 30 minute training sessions

Time: 1:15-1:45pm

Days: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday

Venue: Observatory Hill

Monday and Wednesday will be circuits utilising bodyweight and kettlebell exercises.
Tuesday and Thursday will be cardio interval training days.

The BASIC PACKAGE:

• 14 face to face 30 minute training sessions

• Complementary access to my 8am Saturday session @ Ob Hill if you feel you need a bit of extra homework – like if you have a big night planned!

• Daily SMS motivation to ensure you stay focused and on track

• Weekly food diary check in and feedback review that I expect everyone to complete

• Before and After measurements

The PREMIUM PACKAGE: All of the above PLUS –

MAXIMUM 10 PLACES: Once the 10 are gone, there gone. You’ll be on a waiting list if you don’t make the first cut.

This is as cheap as Personal Training gets as the investment is less than what you would normally pay for 14 sessions with me – not to mention all the other inclusions that are part of the package to ensure your success.

This is for you if:

• You need an extra kick drive to take you into our last couple of weeks training together

• You haven’t been doing much training lately and really want to achieve something by summer

• You feel like your body will turn to jelly without me training the last 6 weeks of the year

• You find self-motivation and training by yourself difficult

This IS NOT for you if:

• You are looking for a quick fix, magic pill option

• You are not prepared to put in the work required – i.e. turn up to every session and fill in and return your food diary

• You are not going to bring a positive energy to the team
