Support: The ultimate weight loss tool

We all need other people on our side. This is especially true when we are trying to do something that's hard for us.

The name of the game is support. Don't try and lose the weight alone. There are several good places to look for weight loss support.

  1. Weight loss support groups (diet or buddies, on or off line)
  2. Family members - include them in your weight loss effort
  3. Other people close to you - They can really root you on to diet success
  4. Diet with a girlfriend - This can provide great support, as long as she is dependable
  5. Read what people have written - Gather good information from experts on weight loss, personal change, and goal achievement
  6. Ask for advice from a woman who has lost weight and kept it off - she will have at least one great weight loss tip for you

Being able to ask for weight loss support isn't a sign of weakness, it's a strength.
