( Was On the treadmill.  Currently at 3.4 mph as to type. )

Exercise

  • 1 hour on treadmill, at 3.3-4.0ish

Weight

  • 165 lbs.  Um, *throws confetti* musta been the calzone.  :x

Ate

  • Met RX Protein Plus 51 protein grams RTD (240 calories of which I did not finish, review to come)
  • Met-Rx Rtd 51 Vanilla - 12 Drink(S)


     

  • Miso-Cup Instant Broth 16 oz (60 calories, review to come)
  • 1 slice Ezekiel Bread (80 calories, review to come, good find, again, another new try!) + 1 slice cheese (50 calories)
  • 4 oz skim milk in latte (50 calories)
  • 1 scoop Matrix 5.0 Orange + 3 oz skim milk + ice (150ish calories)
  • 1 Kashi Lemon Rosemary Chicken Meal (300 calories)

Okay girls.  It's 7pm, and I think I am going to end this day RIGHT.  :D  And, to let you know - with this 700-800 calories so far day - I did not crash.  Not once.
