- 1 slice Ezekiel Bread (80 calories, review to come, good find, again, another new try!) + 1 slice cheese (50 calories)
- 4 oz skim milk in latte (50 calories)
- 1 scoop Matrix 5.0 Orange + 3 oz skim milk + ice (150ish calories)
- 1 Kashi Lemon Rosemary Chicken Meal (300 calories)
Okay girls. It's 7pm, and I think I am going to end this day RIGHT. :D And, to let you know - with this 700-800 calories so far day - I did not crash. Not once.
