Scale was at 180.6 this morning. I'm not surprised. I ended up eating perogies (with sour cream!) for dinner last night. Oh yeah - and they had bacon on them, too. Not quite in the 'weight loss' category of food. I also didn't get enough water in yesterday, so I'm sure that didn't help.
I have found that I am really beginning to enjoy my green tea in the mornings. In fact, this morning I was actually really looking forward to that second cup! I drank a bottle of water on my way to work, and I've had some more herbal tea here at work. Right now I'm working through my one litre bottle, so I should be able to get enough in today.
Also - started my period today. Why does it always pick a weekend?
For breakfast I had some boiled eggs - two full and two whites only - and three pieces of sliced pineapple. Lunch was two boiled eggs and one yolk plus 2 cups of grated cabbage and 1 tbs mayo. I've got an orange for my snack with some egg whites (yes, trying to use up some eggs!)
Not sure yet what I will make for dinner, but I will be sure that it is on plan.
