I do however have a collection of other things going on.
Early on-set of Osteoarthriti s, bone spurs within my spine (you know, in the little holes that the nerves come out of), and a broken piece at the end of my spine that seems to just kinda float around, which appears to be an old injury that will not heal.
Then off to the adjustment room. Where I find out I'm so mis-aligned that one leg is 1 1/4 inch shorter then the other after the adjustment I seemed to be evened out.
So now what to do with all that info...
Well the good news is, I don't have to cut back on any of my workouts as long as I can physically handle what I'm doing. My weight wasn't address with the doctor but as far as I can see, losing the weight can only benefit me at this point (duh).
I will continue doing what I'm doing, only maybe easing up a little on Saturdays...I may have done to much last week. I do plan on strength training during the week on my lunch hour from now on, but that will give me a break before any cardio so I'll have some recovery time between workouts.
The Doctor's Office is going to call my insurance company to see what they will approve so we can move forward, love how the insurance company gets to decide what I need physically.
Oh and then there was the surprise $100 added to my co-pay for the x-rays that I haven't told Jay about yet. Guess I should go have that talk with him now.
