Stick to a routine

So planning a routine isn't as hard as sticking to it. This has been my biggest challenge. I have decided rather than cutting out ALL unhealthy/junk food, every Sunday is my "fat day." I am allowed one fat treat. In other words, a few chips, a soda, or desert is allowed, but the other 6 days a week, only healthy items are permitted. This has really helped me stick to my routine of healthy eating.
In addition to food, the other part of my program is going to the gym 4 days a week. Having an exercise buddy/coach is a great motivator. Another struggle I have found is staying interested. In other words, eating the same healthy food and doing the same exercises gets pretty boring, so changing things up is a must!
Hopefully at my next weight in at Curves, I will have lost my last 10 pounds! Cross your fingers...
