Sore Legs and Brunch

Yes my legs are sore from leg work-out yesterday. No I am not going to let it stop me from getting up on that treadmill today.

I finished my perfect pre-workout brunch about 90 minutes ago, so it really is time to get on there. I ate 3 egg whites scrambled with 1 yolk for a little color, 1 slice of 60 calorie 100% whole wheat brown bread with a sliver of extra light spread and 8 cherry tomatoes halved.

This is one of those meals I would have eaten before I started living healthier. But back then it would have included 2 slices of white bread with salted butter, a giant dollop of butter in the eggs and three yolks. When I look at this picture it doesn't even look too much like healthy eating-just more like regular eating. Awesome! I think this is a good non-scary healthy meal especially for those just starting to eat healthier!

OK but all of this is just procrastination! Why can't I just get up on that stupid treadmill?! Today I am shooting for a 1 hr 4mph walk. Oh legs...please be kind to me...I'm going, I'm going.
