EXT. BANK PARKING LOT - LATE MORNING
AJ is trying to inch down a busy street to turn right into her bank's parking lot. The BAD DRIVER in front of her is tapping the gas, then the break. The gas, then the break. It is trying her patience.
There is not enough room to go around the car without missing the driveway entry.
AJ gently honks her HORN.
The bad driver turns into the bank and AJ SIGHS before turning in behind her.
CUT TO:
BANK PARKING LOT - CONTINUOUS
The bad driver is still alternating between her gas and break pedals. And just before a speed bump, she stops altogether.
AJ is exasperated. She HONKS more firmly this time.
AJ and the bad driver park and simultaneously get out of their vehicles.
AJ (to herself)
This is gonna be awkward.
AJ is careful to notice the handicapped placard hanging in the bad driver's rear-view mirror however the bad driver has no noticeable disability. In fact, by all appearances, she is a well-off, middle-aged (probably 55-60) woman, but she wears far too much makeup.
Bad driver looks in AJ's direction.
BAD DRIVER
You know, you're a very rude young lady.
AJ
(without skipping a beat)
You know, you're a very bad driver.
BAD DRIVER
There was no need to honk your horn.
AJ
There was no need to ride your break that way.
Bad driver SIGHS but makes no move toward the bank or anywhere else. Wanting to get on with her life and feeling rather triumphant, AJ heads into the bank.
FADE TO BLACK.
