hi! i am 21 years old, 5 2" and weight 119 lbs. I was an student athlete and played tennis for two years, i never really watched what i ate but after stopping playing tennis i started to eat healthier and work out more. i used to weight 127 and now i am in 119. i eat healthy everyday, everything that people post about to eat in order to lose weight, is what i do on regular basis, but im stuck. i think more about how you feel since i run about 2.5 miles everyday and lift a 7.5lb to do arms, shoulders and a 20 min ab routine but i just feels like i need to lose a couple of more lbs. i wanna get to 115 and stay there but it seems impossible.
i thought for a moment i wasnt consuming enough food since i started to get tired and then feel chills after i worked out , but now im eating a little bit more, i have cereal in the am, a fruit mid morning, lunch is usually whathever my mom cooks so its like rice and meat, or a piece of chicken with salad, then another snack and then dinner. but our dinners our usually around 8pm, is that too late to eat?
and again at dinner i have like a normal size meal of a piece of chickem or lentil or something with rice or salad.
im worried im not consuming enough energy and maybe that is preventing me to lose those extra lbs im not a nutritionist at and i wanna be healthy after all.
