I've already lost 15 lbs, but I've slacked off the past week in a half maybe 2 weeks and I've gained about 3 lbs back. So I figured I needed something more visual to keep me focused on my goals. I've tried to lose weight in the past and have given up, but this time is different. I have a better reason then just not wanting to be fat. I had some test done and alot of my results came back saying I may have this or that or the other, and it scared me. I was seriously afraid that I would die, I went and saw a doctor and he put me on a diet. I'm supposed to go back and see him in November, so I need to lose weight and lower my cholesterol so that I don't end up on any medication. So I'm done slacking off and will start anew tomorrow.
