Think getting help is a personal failure. Try not to be needy or dependent. Need to feel in control. Do not want to appear weak. Avoid feeling vulnerable. Keep people at a safe distance. Trouble committing. Afraid to have other people mean a lot.

If this is you and you have excess weight to lose, can you trace how the way you are has contributed to you becoming so overweight?
