SmartForme Vitamin Drink Mix is a pretty cool product for bariatric patients. It's like a "Crystal Light" packet, you rip it, dump it in water, mix and drink. EASY.

I have tried it a couple times now, and you know what, it's really good. It's "pomengranate blueberry" flavored mix, and when mixed with water, there's no way you would know it's a vitamin product. The directions suggest mixing the powder with 6-8 ounces of water, but I think some would prefer it with less water for a more intense taste - or even in a whole 16.9 ounce bottle for a light taste.

It mixes entirely, no floaties, no bits. It tastes sort of like the 10 calorie fruit-flavored waters, like the vite-water 10, if mixed with extra water. I could easily drink this everyday, easily, it does not taste like a VITAMIN! This product would be perfect for those who "hate the taste of all chewable vitamins" but want to get them in without swallowing capsules. (I hate swallowing pills, ever.) If I could take all my vites/meds in a chewable or drinkable form, I would, and do when given the choice.

- Product - SmartForme Vitamin Drink Mix
- Via - SmartForme
- Price - $1.92 a day
- Pros - Drinkable vitamins, great taste, easily taken, portable sticks, helpful for those who have issues with chewables
- Cons - Two a day for 100% of all vitamins, although they taste really good
- Rating - Pouchworthy, MM.
