Slowly getting there

New weight: 67.8kg/149.5lbs

Last week was my birthday so I ate food that was high in sugar, and because of it my weight doesn’t want to come off as easily as the week before. I eat mostly prepackaged meals just to keep it simple with calories counting. I cook once in a while when I get tired of eating prepackaged meals. For breakfast I usually have Weight Watchers frozen meal because they have lower calories than other brands here in Sweden. Then for the rest of the day I can have anything I want within my calories budget. I use ShapeUp , an app that tracks calories. It’s so simple to scan in the barcode and then I’m done. I’m looking forward this week to lose some more :)
