Sit Sit Sit

All I did today was sit, sit, sit. I would say I burned about 10 calories all day! I woke up tired and could not shake it off all day. All I did was read a lot of blogs and cook dinner. I still ate well and drank a lot of water so it was not horrible. Oh and I did hop on the core ball a couple of times.

The truth is I enjoyed it and I think needed it. It rained all day long and I could even hear thunder in the afternoon. It was nice to look out at the poor weather and not have to be outside getting wet!

Every once in a while I need a day like this. Tomorrow will be crazy busy as usual I am sure!
