I’m proud to say that I’ve completed my second weekly challenge. Sit in a Chair was designed to get me to squat my body weight as well as add in some serious cardio. I’m aiming to be able to do 200 squats in a row so this definitely helped.
5 sets of 25 squats: I did 125 squats each day.
125 squats a day for six days: I did 750 squats this week.
Holy crap. Now that I’ve done the math, that’s a lot of squats! I can’t tell you how much this blog has made me accountable. There were days when I didn’t want to squat, I was tired, but I didn’t want to disappoint myself, and my readers, by posting that I didn’t squat even though I could’ve. So I squatted away and completed my challenge. It’s a great feeling.
