Shatty Saturday.

Weight - 158 lbs.

I took to the M.O.M. last night again.  Why?  Because Miralax seemed to have no effect on me?  But - M.O.M - instant go!  It gives me that is this gas or is it cause for OH GOD I HAVE TO GO TO THE POTTY RIGHT NOW DID I MAKE IT?

I don't think I'm cured yet.

And, no call from the doctor either, did you make a bet?

And, I hate to add this to a shatty post, but here are some BPM's!  http://www.djsteveboy.com/mixes.html  I was seeking walking music that would get my ass (no pun intended) moving faster, because I know I am able to move faster than I do.  I find myself breaking into a semi-jog at times, but then I die a little.  I know music motivates the hell out of me, so find me a BEAT I say.  (Although new at this whole seizure thing,  it gives me a wee bit of pause, because I have to think about triggers - and I Have No Idea What My Triggers Are Yet - and I know in some situations I can "feel" my brain spaz - and music like this?  Might Help My Brain Spaz - even if it gets me feet moving at a STEADY LEFT RIGHT LEFT RIGHT.)

I'm labeling my "meals" today - kind of watching when I eat.

  • Pre-breakfast - Vanilla soy milk cappuccino
  • Breakfast - Green salad, romano cheese, Walden Farms Dressing, a few mixed nuts
  • Lunch - Turkey breast dipped in zero calorie BBQ
  • Snack -  Rockstar Roasted Light, Chocolate PB Shake - Watch the video
  • Dinner - Junior Whopper - No Bun - Some onion rings.
  • Snack  - String Cheese, Rockstar Roasted Light

Exercise -

1 + hour pushing jogging stroller, outdoors.
