Sensible dieting

I am currently using Lite For Life services to lose weight. They have locations in the Bay Area and one on one consultations. Very low carbs, no sugar, no caffeine. There's an in-store market for alternatives (cookies, brownies, muffins included). They ease you into the program and have great support. A little pricey, but you are not tied to their food and really learn how to eat small meals all day and stay full. It's about blood sugar regulation. So far, I've been losing 2 lbs. a week and on my way to meeting my 20 lb. goal.
