For the first year ever, SELF Magazine will be hosting a Workout in the Park event on a college campus! SELF gave universities nationwide the chance to compete to host the fitness event and guess who won… American University right here in Washington, DC!
SELF Magazine’s first ever Workout on the Quad event is coming to D.C. and will be held Saturday, April 27th at American University’s Eric Friedheim Quadrangle for American University students, alumni, faculty, and staff!
The Workout on the Quad is all-day, all-inclusive event which brings a number of workouts to one central location. Workouts will range from CRUNCH Fitness workouts on the Main Stage to a Quiet Zone featuring yoga and Pilates. The classes are diverse, bringing a little something for everyone and everyBODY! Sexy StretchMee-ow! This class is 20 red-hot minutes of sexy stretching. Increase your flexibility while getting in touch with your inner vixen.
