Detox diet is a really nice solution, I would only recommend to diversify it by adding a week of absolutely "hungry" days once in several months. Hungry means no food at all, even in the liquid form (sugary water, juices, etc must be prohibited during that period). The system gits rid of all the toxins left by "burning" them instead of food. You have to start eating again very carefully after that, but it really works.
