Alright, so as sad as this is. I'm actually sticking to my plan for TWO weeks in a row! I think it's cuz it's just so easy. Between no pop, eating healthier, and actually excercizing....I'm lost 3 pounds this week. So I'm getting there. Very slowly-but surely.
It took me a long time to realize it, but just making improvements like the one you have-eating healthier, cutting out something that can add on unnecessary calories-will immediately have a positive effect. I always thought that those fad diets would help, and sometimes they do get you on your way, but they very rarely help in the long run. Great job with 3 pounds in one week! Keep it up!
