Along with the risotto, I wrapped up some asparagus in prosciutto and baked for 4 minutes on each side. (Pan was coated in olive oil.)
Safe to say, hubby was impressed when he sat down for Supper! ;)
*** My gym plans got changed around a it this week due to work related issues. I didn’t end up going today but will be going tomorrow for sure. We are going out to stretch our legs shortly though, so will still getting a bit of activity.
Other than that, not much is new with me. Looking forward to watching some Gossip Girl tonight!!
