
Why not try switching up your routine? If possible do your run in the morning before work to give yourself more time in the evening. On the weekends perhaps you could play raquetball, tennis, volleyball or hike, ride bikes or roller blade instead of your regular workout. Perhaps you could take kickboxing, or tai chi or do rock climbing instead of one or two of your gym workouts. Find a variety of things that you enjoy and it'll be easier to make exercise a permanent part of your life.

Revise my routine please

Hi All,
Im start loosing weight for six month.
from 260P currently is 220P, My goal is 180P this year.
My current routine
Swim 2k 7PM - 8PM,
Gym 8.30PM - 9.30PM,
Run 6k 10PM - 11PM.
6 day a week. Im working 9-6
No junk food, no soft drink, 3 meals a day with some fruit bar as snack.
Since last 3 week i can loose just around 2 pounds.
Im loosing motivation now, need some advise.
