If you need inspiration to eat better and get in shape, then I recommend that you check out You: on a Diet, and You are what you eat. Since my husband and I have been watching these shows, I really haven't had a craving for too much junk food. My only chocolate was a mocha latte at Panera, and I threw over half of it away. If nothing else, you will be inspired to read labels to avoid the deadly ingredients.
