I would normally post a recipe that I try and review for you folks, but I got this one from WW and I wouldn't want to infringe on any copyrights. But, I do believe I got it from the free weekly email (June 4th), so sign up if you haven't!
This recipe makes one loaf and is divided into 10 servings for 4 points each - a little on the high end for something of its size. These servings aren't huge, but incredibly filling. In fact, I decided to cut up half of the loaf into the 4 point servings and the other half into 2 points servings and surprisingly enough, the 2 point servings are just right for me to have with my morning coffee.
And, this recipe is incredibly easy to make for any of you non-bakers out there like myself.
Oh and the topic associated with this recipe is beauty! Apparently "bananas and oatmeal are enriched with bioton—the nutrient that forms the basis of your skin, nails and hair" so eat up!
