I didn't know either.

I knew that fried food was bad and that salt was bad.  That was it.  I began a journey of reading everything I could get my hands on about natural health, fitness, exercise, juicing, macrobiotics, fasting and then began to put it into practice.  I found out what works and what doesn't work.  I kept what worked, and discarded what doesn't work.  What I now know is that what doesn't work for me, might work for someone else of a different body type.

I've been there and I've done that.  I used to drive from McDonalds to McDonalds and I would get a big, shake and large fries at each one.  I didn't want the drive through girl or guy to think that I was eating too much.  I'd drive from donut shop to donut shop, getting a 6-pack of donuts at each one and eat them while I was driving to the next donut shop.

I even used the "pregnant wife" trick one time so that the donut girl thought that, first of all, I wasn't too obese to have a girlfriend or wife and secondly that it was her pregnancy and cravings that was the reason I was getting the donuts.... not for me of course.
