After a week of stretching almost every day, the stretch challenge is finished! I completed the challenge and felt great! I think stretching after my 7.53 mile run helped in reducing my muscle recovery time because I only took one day off and was fully recovered two days after.
Even though I won’t be doing the stretching challenge any more, I’m going to incorporate stretching into my daily routine. It feels great and relaxes me mentally and physically.
I also had fun picking songs to stretch to! I don’t know if you guys dug the bands or the songs, but I think music really helps.
