Ready For Summer Challenge Week One

Let's get this party started! Today is my weigh in day, so this works out great. My weight for today is 216.2 lbs!!! I have reached my lowest weight in my weight loss journey!!! Only a little over 16 lbs to onederland!! I'm so excited!

Here are my "bite sized" goals for this week. You can see my total goals for the 10 weeks here.

Weight Loss Goal: This week I'd like to lose 2lbs. Most of the time with PCOS and Hypothyroidism I can only lose 1 lb a week but with this new diet plan it seems to be moving a little faster. :)

Non Scale Victory Goal:This goal is the hardest to break down. My end goal for this challenge is to climb the rock wall. How do I break that down. So I will say 25 pull-ups every other day. :)

Nutrition Goal: To eat low carb with any where between 20 -- 35 carbs a day. Only allow one higher carb day with no more than 100 carbs.

Fitness / Exercise Goal: To finish week 2 of Couch to 5k. I'm really loving this program!!!  Add in strength training days where I do pull ups with the bands to get ready for the rock wall. To begin push ups also.

 Week One's Mini Challenge is to try a new vegetable, fruit, or other healthy dish of your choice, that you've never had before. 

Hmmmmmm. Not sure what I could pick for this one. We like to try new things. I'm game and will find something. :)
