You feel like you're going too slowly - only four pounds, say, in the last couple of weeks.

But, consider this. The slower change happens, the more easily you can accept it in yourself. If you lost 20 pounds in two weeks, it would probably throw you off balance. Any real change requires steps that add up, so you have time to adapt.

Take the steps necessary, go slowly. It is a tried and true recipe for lasting success.
