Quick Journal with a Run on the Run

I don’t have much time but I wanted to post my food journal and run today. I didn’t hit 40 minutes but I came close. Especially considering I didn’t track time. I just ran and ran and RAN (every nook and cranny of my community) when I got home I looked at the time and was pleasantly surprised it was just about 40 minutes. Physically I felt good, I’m still working on the mental endurance this 6 miles is going to take!

Tomorrow, boot camp and trying to get caught up for the week!
