Promises, Promises. But How Do You Stick to Dieting?

If you wanted to transform your bedroom, make it beautiful and spiffy and gorgeous - if it had peeling and ripped and stained wallpaper on all four walls, what would you do? Would you simply get new wallpaper and paper over the old stuff?

Don't paper-over your weight problems. Don't cover up the real issues with simply another good-looking diet.

The diet might be a great one - just like the sparkling new wallpaper. But: if you don't smooth out the problem areas first, the new application just won't stick. Maybe it will at the beginning, but eventually it will fall right off.
