This morning the scale showed 180.6.  I'm going to start a graph to show my progress, I think.  (Such a geek)

Last night's supper was a stew with lean beef and kamut.  Never cooked kamut before, but I really liked the light crunch that it had even though it was soft on the inside.  I think I put a bit too much smoked paprika in the stew for the boy's liking, however.  Won't go so heavy on that next time, and I think it would have been a more interesting stew had there been more root veggies in it, and a bit more liquid.  I'll play around with that, I think.  Might even try one with chicken in it after we do the slaughter.

Had one small drink last night - vodka and tonic - and a small handful of popcorn.  I really wanted to go behind the bar and grab the almond clusters, but I was able to hold back and be good.  Will get sugar, etc, at the shower.

Breakfast this morning:
2 full eggs and 3 egg whites, scrambled
1 banana
bit of pumpkin seeds - need the fat!  These are high in fat and not as much fibre as I had thought.  Was surprised about that, actually.

For lunch, I will eat some left over stew.

Snack will be an orange, I think, and a piece of cheese.  I'll cut and measure an ounce and see how much that is.

Not sure what I will be having for supper tonight.  I'm supposed to be playing golf, but I will not be doing so if the rain keeps up.  Not interested.  I have a bit of chicken breast in the fridge, so I will likely make a salad for supper.
