Progress! It feels good!

     Hello blogger world! It's been a long couple of weeks since my last post.. I have been a stressed out, sick, busy lady! The week of Halloween was insane with all the activities going on.. then I got a migraine from hell for a week and then the stomach bug. I am feeling back to normal and ready to tackle this month of November. I actually just got home from the gym and I'm feeling pretty pumped from our workout today. I admit I wasn't feeling up to my game on the drive to the gym.. My stomach was still feeling a little queezy and I just felt weak from being sick. I decided that I felt good enough to go and attempt my workout though. I'm so glad I did!!! Once I got going, I felt more and more pumped and I went up in weights today... Just a good feeling.

Pull ups are back in this 8 weeks workout and I'm really excited about that! I hit another milestone this last weekend --------->

7 unassisted pull ups !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

My last attempt at my max for unassisted was 5 pull ups (these are consecutive, no break in between) so I upped my count by 2 reps! I completed my very first unassisted on August 7th, 2012.. I've been working hard and it's showing. SO EXCITING!  Progress! :)

Stay positive. Push forward. Get up and move. Set goals.
