So I've been eating this every morning for my weekday breakfast for a week now and me loves! I of course add all sorts of other goods to it like tons of cinnamon, 1 tsp splenda brown sugar (not always), 1/2 of a chopped small banana and a few tablespoons of thawed frozen berries (with their juice which makes it extra good), 1 tbsp slivered almonds and 1/3c skim milk (for a total of 4.5 POINTS). It is FILLING and if I was given a hypothetical "no consequence" choice to eat this breakfast or a bagel with cream cheese that I used to have for breakfast once upon a time, I'd choose this hands down. This is the NI label that was available on the web site. The only thing about this is that the NI on my package is different! Mine says 150 cals/ 3g fat/ 4g fibre. Strange. It's nothing but GOOD though....look at the Omega's:
