Here are some personal issues you might have to work on if you want to lose your unwanted weight.

Your current feelings and how they’re related to your past
Anger issues (too much or too little)
Can’t problem-solve in difficult situations
Being self-destructive
Afraid to assert yourself in relationships 
Your unconscious getting the better of you.
Trouble regulating your feelings
Sexual issues.
Conflicted feelings.
Low self-esteem.
Being impulsive
Your moodiness
