Press Play: Slow Motion

Posted Jan 29 2010 3:12pm

Although I love a good quick beat for cardio, when I am walking up hills, Stairmastering, or strength training I like it slow and hard. [I know there's a joke in there somewhere, but I'm officially sick and therefore too wiped out to make one.] Many of these songs are what I call “the kind of rap that white girls like” — the kind of music that motivates them (me?) to do girl push-ups  and biceps curls with teeny weights cause they (OK, yes, me) like hearing all the dirty things a black guy wants to do.

November 18 (Drake) This song…is beyond hot. I don’t even want to talk about. I just want to take off my clothes.

Swing (Savage)

Shooter (Lil Wayne) This song is SO GOOD!

Obsessed (Mariah Carey)

On To The Next One (Jay-Z)

Forever (Drake, Kanye West, Lil Wayne, and Eminem)

How Low (Ludacris)

Get Like Me (David Banner)

Say Aah (Trey Songz ft. Fabolous)

Money Maker (Ludacris) *I will never get sick of this song.

Ready for Whatever (T.I.)

OMG…we’re soooo hardcore!
