I am so excited to begin the low carb 360 weight loss challenge with you in 3 days!!
My wish is for us to all be successful on this weight loss journey, together.
Like the old saying goes “If you fail to prepare, you are preparing to fail”, so I think it is important for us to put a plan in motion.
It is important to set goals before beginning our weight loss plan.
One way I do this is to set mini goals, for example, my fist goal weight is to be under 200lbs by June 1st 2013.
If you are not sure what your ideal body weight is, here is a calculator that you can use to determine your body mass index as well as your height to weight radio.
Now that you have an idea of what is recommended, you can now start to set mini weight loss goals.
Remember the low carb diet is not a temporary fix, it is a life long commitment to better health.
