Power Workout or a Power Nap

Ah, decisions, decisions... the good news is that for 2 days in a row, I've gone with the first option. I don't know about you all, but, for me, the hardest part of a workout is getting out the door. Once I'm there, I feel great and I am so happy to be doing it. I can really tell that these workouts are starting to pay off just by the way my clothes are fitting. I guess a little motivation is all I need to keep me moving (and also to keep my hands off the chocolate bar in the kitchen). Over the weekend, I even unpacked some of my skinny clothes! And, guess what!?! Some of them fit me now!!

I thought it would be fun to take a photo trip down memory lane to show you all just how far I have come since giving birth to Aryanne last October...

Before: This photo was taken January 15, 2010... I was newly pregnant and didn't even know it yet!

I can't remember the exact week, but I think this was about 1 to 1 1/2 months after delivery


Fast forward to June


August


I was trying to find a photo of me alone, but I don't have any right now. This is the most current one I have of myself.

So, what do you think? Can you tell a difference since last October? I've actually reached my pre-pregnancy weight, and now my goal is to get back down to my wedding weight!
