Potato chips with less fat.

This is quick way to enjoy potato chips minus a lot of fat. Peel the potato and cut it into thin slices. Put a few drops of oil in a baking dish. Place the potato slices in the pan and bake in a pre-heated oven (I usually keep it on 350 degrees or so) for 15 minutes. Turn the slices and bake for another 15 minutes. Take them out. You can sprinkle salt and black pepper for taste. They actually taste good and if they feel a bit dry, add a few drops of lemon juice on top. Your baked potato chips are ready to eat.
