Phase 1, week 4, workout 1

Back at the gym. The wife actually participated in the lift with me so that was different. She says she’s noticed a difference in me since I started and she wants to give it a try. We did the bench and squat together before she started doing other stuff. I stuck to my program but didn’t take any rest. We got there late so I had to be quick.

Didn’t really sacrifice the lifts just didn’t take a break. It was tough. I don’t want to do that too many more times.

I’m still not losing weight and it’s making me VERY angry. If I don’t see 299 in the next week or so I’m going to scream!
