breakfast:
two pieces of 1 point 16 grain toast
1 tbsp of almond butter
1 tbsp of strawberry jam with no added sugar
via ready brew with hazelnut creamer

lunch:
roast beef sandwich:
two pieces of 1 point 16 grain bread
horseradish montery jack cheese
1 tbsp of light olive oil mayo
1 sliced tomato
roast beef

dinner:
1 cup of brown rice
steamed asparagus and zucchini
baked mustard, garlic chicken breast

snack:
diet coke and some sour cream and onion ruffles *yikes*
