Many women say they eat most when they feel stressed.

Here are some factors that influence stress levels for all of us.

  • The quality of your interpersonal relationships
  • Whether or not you have a social support network
  • Whether or not you have methods to help you relax
  • Whether you exercise or not
  • Whether or not what you eat is nutritionally sound
  • How taxing your external demands are
  • How much pleasure and self-fulfillment you allow yourself

When these factors are positive, it is more likely that you can feel relaxed and satisfied. When these factors are negative, it adds greatly to your stress level.
