Onward & Upward

Website is now active - - finally. Never seem to have enough time to get everything done.

Basically, my blog will pickup where the book left off. At the end of the book I was at the 50lb mark in regards to weight loss. Well that was almost 2 years ago and I have lost a little bit more - 70lbs total - and of course kept it all off for the most part.

To be honest with you, I have picked up a few pounds here and there, but I always manage to dump them pretty quick. The key is staying on top of things! But after losing 70 pounds, it doesn't phase me too much to pickup 5 pounds (by being slack) because I know I can lose it pretty quickly and I do.

Nothing really magical here, just committment to my lifestyle change, which is the foundation for every successful wieght loss venture.

Yep, I still eat a lot of bad stuff, though my choices are a 100% healthier than in the past. But like I keep saying, if you give up all the stuff you like to try and lose weight, you won't be able to stay on track very long. The real key is always burning off more than you consume! No magic there, just a committment to keeping up with it all.

Trust me, its not nearly as hard as it seems (I know... easy for me to say) you just have to do it!
