One Day at a Time Exercise!

Something is working...I have lost 10 pounds since November, though the only clear thing I've been doing is to try to eat as healthy as I can (even and including lots of meat&potatoes home cooking from my Mom over the holidays).  Not sure why it's working this time as opposed to previous efforts, but I'm delighted even if I can't explain it.

I am also proud of myself that--unlike yesterday--I managed FINALLY to pry myself away from my long list of To-Do's and went for a brisk 20 minute walk--got it in just under the wire before sunset!  COLD but the fresh air felt good!
