In this article, I am going to show you the main reasons why you are not successful at losing weight. It’s easy to correct for the 99.8% of people who don’t do this.

But before I give you the reasons, I want to clarify something very important here and that’s most of your weight loss will depend on your diet. Dieting ( not Starving Please) is as powerful to losing weight as exercising.

If combined, the result would be unimaginable. But if you are left with no choice than to choice either of the 2, I would advice you choose diet. Believe me, knowing the importance of dieting ( not starving) will save you hours in the gym for nothing.

Now that I’ve said that, the number 1 reason why you don’t lose you weight is mainly because you don’t organize your meals! Yeah thats right. Since you would agree with me that diet is more important than exercise when it comes to weight loss likewise is organizing your meals is most important to eating the right way. It is true that not organizing your meal is the biggest problem you face in your weight loss journey.

We all know the in and outs of weight loss. They are almost common knowledge to you by now. But why don’t you follow them ? This is simply because you “play things by ear” and don’t plan out your meals for the week.

If you plan your meal and eat all the necessary foods on a sunday, then you are way ahead of the game of losing weight and the truth is, it is not as hard as you think or as hard as you have been made to believe. Organizing your meals and your life will ensure success in anything you do!

Preparation is Important
You don’t go into war without preparing. You will not lose weight if you don’t prepare your mind to lose weight. If you are not prepared you would find it easy to eat foods just when you want it and exactly what you want to eat. No preparing will make you eat anything that’s around which are really not good for you health like fast food junk, sweets, chocolates e.t.c. All you need to do is to prepare ahead of time, doing this will give you the power to choose what you eat since you would be thinking with a clear head rather than a mouth that wants more.

The bottom is, the more prepared and organized you with your diet, the more you chances of losing weight and keeping it off. It has got nothing to do with luck or fate it is taking control of your own life and getting prepared for the journey!

Therefore site down for some 15-20 minutes and plan out what your meal and snack, you planning should be for the next 1 week.
